Just another reason to switch to Firefox, Safari or Chrome – Internet Explorer (all versions) has a major security flaw that can be exploited to steal any password you enter into a web site while using IE. Switch now so I can stop browser testing in IE! Best day ever.
We web designers love to whine about how our beautiful standards-based code never works in Internet Explorer 6. For some time now I’ve been using CSS Browser Selector for those little padding tweaks that always seem necessary in Internet Explorer. However, the question is should we have to do this? (Or worse, use CSS hacks which could, and did, make more trouble in future IE versions.) Of course not.
