Oh man. Another long weekend of breaking stuff on purpose, ripping out drywall and sawing out studs. The good news is, we’re all finished destroying things, now we can start the cleanup. Here are some pictures from the progress we made this weekend. Bye bye walls + closets:

Yay! I can’t possibly convey how AMAZING the condo looks without that wall. The light and the space is beautiful, open, perfect. I am so excited to move in – that is, once all this junk is out of there and we fix everything. In other news – the bedroom is no longer butter-colored, it is now crisp lovely snow white:

I’m catching a lot of flack for wanting all the walls white – but I think it’s beautiful. And it will help me towards my goal of decorating with art instead of paint colors. And, everything looks so clean now that the walls are white, instead of that nasty slightly yellow color – woot!
